We are seeking a compassionate and skilled LPN - Licensed practical nurse to join our team and provide high-quality care to our patients. The LPN will assess patients' health needs, develop and implement care plans, and provide ongoing support and monitoring to ensure that patients receive the best possible care. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patients' health needs and develop and implement care plans

• Administer IV's and treatments as prescribed

• Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes to the appropriate staff member

• Communicate with patients and families

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care and ensure continuity of treatment

• Document patients' progress and outcomes using electronic medical records

• Stay up-to-date with current research and best practices in nursing

• Participate in professional development opportunities to maintain and improve skills

• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

 - Current state license as a Licensed practical Nurse

- Current IV Certification

-   Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

-   Ability to work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals

Five Element Wellness Center is seeking to employ full time Licensed Massage Therapist in our Coral Springs and Weston office. The ideal team member must be available to work on Saturdays and evenings.

Qualifications

• Must have completed a Massage Therapist educational program educational program
• Must be fully licensed/certified to perform Massage Therapy prior to performing sessions at the clinic.
• Clear communicator who can effectively identify each patient's needs, set clear expectations, and stay connected to the client throughout the session.

Responsibilities

• Customizing treatment based on client needs and preferences.
• Providing a professional recommendation for next steps in the patients treatment plan
• Creating SOAP/intake notes for each massage session
